I was diagnosed with gluteal tendonopathy. Muscle PR is a vital part of my PT exercises. I use it after each session. It helps with the soreness of my hips and when used at night, relieves a lot of pain so I I sleep more comfortably. Easy to use and the best you will find!
Changed my life. I went from 45 on bench to 405 after using this. 10/10.
